
Kati Reed
Director – Personal Trainer

Kati graduated from Howard Payne University in 1999 with a degree
in Exercise and Sports Science. She has been involved in athletics
her entire life and now has six years experience in coaching
and teaching physical education. She is a nationally certified
personal trainer through ACSM (American College of Sport’s
Medicine).
While in college Kati served as the Captain of the Basketball
Team as well as a Varsity Cheerleader. After college she quickly
learned how difficult it is to stay physically fit without the
strict regimen of college athletics. In her effort to stay healthy
she has developed a love for running, resistance training, and
proper nutrition. She participates in many of the road races
in Austin including several 5-10k, half marathons, and recently
ran in the Freescale Marathon. She is also planning on training
for the Austin Marathon again this year.
Kati decided to become a Personal Trainer for a number of reasons.
Her love of physical fitness is obvious, but more importantly
Kati loves to work with people. Nothing makes her happier than
to see a person reach their goals, especially when health related.
